Please protect children's traffic safety together at CHERRY!

CHERRY, a blockchain charity platform, takes the lead in protecting children with the ‘Children’s Traffic Safety Relay Challenge’

Korea's first blockchain-based charity platform, CHERRY, announced on the 3rd that it is taking the lead in efforts to protect children in everyday life by participating in the 'Children's Traffic Safety Relay Challenge' following a donation campaign for child protection.

Lee Sujeong , CEO of E4Net, an IT company with 25 years of experience that develops and operates CHERRY, participated in the Children's Traffic Safety Relay Challenge on the 3rd. The ‘Children’s Traffic Safety Relay Challenge’ is a campaign conducted by the Ministry of Public Administration and Security to form a consensus on traffic safety practices and accident prevention within child protection zones.

CEO Lee, who was recommended to participate by Lotte Members representative Jeon Hyeong-sik, contributed to the establishment of a child protection culture by uploading a photo holding a campaign sign on social media.

In the meantime, the charity platform CHERRY has been carrying out various campaigns to protect children's human rights, such as a campaign to support daily necessities for infants in prison and a campaign to support heating costs for children in shanty towns. In particular, as children's traffic safety has recently emerged as a social issue, a campaign to raise money for the purchase of school buses for children's safe use of transportation together with Youngnak Borinwon, a child protection facility, is attracting great attention. The campaign runs until April 30, and you can participate by downloading the ‘CHERRY – Hope Sharing Platform’ app from Google Play or App Store.

On the other hand, CEO Lee continued the relay by pointing out three people as follow-up runners: CEO Cho Won-woo of Megazone Co., Ltd., CEO Bae Hae-dong of Tonymoly Co., Ltd., and CEO Tae-in Kim of CAS Co., Ltd.

CEO Lee said, “I am very happy and glad that CHERRY, who has a special interest in the safety and protection of children, the most vulnerable beings in the world, is given the opportunity to participate in this relay campaign.” Please pay a lot of attention to CHERRY, which will be reborn as a platform that can be used.”
